是国内设计产品组合品种最多、性价比最高的重型型钢轧机，主要生产200~600mm腹板、100~300mm法兰的h型钢。重型型钢轧机，设计用于生产h型钢、工字钢、槽钢、角钢、板桩等产品，其特点是坯料/坯尺寸更小，最终产品品种更多，产量高，自动化程度高，与MES系统一起确保了高效的生产。
After a thorough investigation and comparison of the most advanced section mill equipment and process design of same projects home and abroad, Jinding Steel finally awarded its project to ZZ, who is the leading player with No. 1 market share in China in the field of hot section mill process and equipment design and manufacturing with nearly 20 years unwavering researches. It is worth special mentioning that the fifth generation of housingless universal mill developed by ZZ has the advantages of high rigidity and precision and less mill spring. Therefore, plants such as JINXI STEEL and RIZHAO STEEL have selected ZZ’s 5th generation housingless universal mills as new spare mills for their existing section mills originally introduced from famous foreign suppliers.
ZZ has always been R&D-oriented and takes the lead in the research project of “High-Performance Hot Rolling Technology for Super-Heavy H-beams” among China’s 14th Five-Year Research Plan. ZZ has a national-level enterprise technology center, academician workstation, Tianjin municipal Lab for hot rolled heavy section equipment. In addition, ZZ has also been awarded as a national high-tech enterprise, a leading science-and-technology-oriented enterprise in Tianjin. and the manufacturing champion in Tianjin, with many prizes and honor such as the first set of innovative equipment invention, the first prize of Tianjin’s Science and Technology Progress Award, and the second prize of National Metallurgical Science and Technology Award, etc.
